How to order

Kindly take down the name and code of the item that you wish to purchase and send your order to enquiry@fabulosity-web.com. Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email, and advise you on details regarding payment method and delivery of your item.

View by Appointment

You would be pleased to know that all our items are also available at our showroom for viewing and trying-on by appointment. Kindly call 9852 3087 (Sandy)/ 9101 4995 (Dorcas) or drop us an email at enquiry@fabulosity-web.com to make an appointment with us.

Opening Hours (by appointment)

You can make an appointment with us daily between 9am to 9pm, EXCEPT on Monday. We are closed on Monday.

Shipping charges

There will be no extra shipping charges. You only need to pay for your item.

Delivery Time

Within 5 days once payment is received.

Delivery Method

We only use local courier services to ensure prompt and secure delivery. You may
also choose to collect your items personally at our studio by appointment if you wish.

Return Policy

All defect items shall be returned within 3 days upon receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with their tags still attached.

Alteration

To ensure that your dress fits you perfectly, we will be giving you a one time alteration service FOC with our appointed tailor.
